| You have the right to return or cancel your order for any reason up to 7 working days after receiving the goods, which you must do in writing. |

| All returns must be carriage paid to our office address above. |
| We will refund you within 30 days of cancelling the order. |
| If your purchase is faulty then it must be returned within 7 days. Returns must be received before we can despatch a replacement. |
| Please contact us for a RMA number this must be clearly stated on the return packaging any parcels without a valid RMA will be refused at our premises. |
| All returned items must be complete with all parts, accessories, etc. and in new condition with original packaging, otherwise. |
| There is a £20 plus vat charge for returned items that are no fault found to cover inspection and return carriage. |

| Special order items which are subsequently cancelled are subject to a 20% restocking charge. |

| Electronic charts are classed as software, royalties are paid at time of sale so are not refundable. |
